I am wanting to start one of these 2. This is not to lose weight or reach a goal, this is to free my mind and my body of the limitations brought on by everyday stress. This will be my “me time” every day. So which do y’all feel will be most beneficial for reaching a healthy mind and body?
Yoga is a system to quiet the mind via the body. I would suggest an Iyengar class if you are disciplined.
